We highly recommend getting good sleep and nutrition in the days leading up to and following your tattoo appointment.
Eat a full meal and drink plenty of water before you come in.
Don’t drink alcohol 24-48 hours before your tattoo. If you have caffeine before your session, keep it minimal.
